Are you a project manager looking to create amazing, unique, and entertaining iGaming experiences on a global market?

We are now looking for a driven Team Lead who wants to project manage two creative teams through game production.

ELK Studios is a leading developer in the iGaming industry, recognized for our innovative, visually impressive, and critically acclaimed game titles and IPs such as Pirots and Cygnus. We push the boundaries of gaming experiences and visual quality, setting new standards in the iGaming world.

About the role:

You will project manage two teams of 5 - 7 people consisting of client developers, graphic designers, and animators. We all share a common interest; to deliver world-class games. You will lead and drive the teams forward and promote relationships and collaboration. In close cooperation with product owners, you will drive the development of games and marketing materials, ensuring everything is completed on time. You will be involved from the start of production and drive the project all the way to game release.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, prioritizing, and distributing tasks to achieve project goals in collaboration with product owners.
• Collaboration with stakeholders such as Studio Manager, product owners, Creative Director, Art Director, and Marketing/Release Managers. Collaborate with the game logic team to ensure the best functionality and gaming experience.
• Monitoring the team's progress to ensure the timeline is adhered to and any delays are managed effectively. Follow up on project and game progress and quality.
• Communication: Maintain an active dialogue with the product owner to ensure our games align with ELK's vision. Coach projects and project members.
• Innovation: Drive agile improvement work by constantly exploring new ideas and methods to optimize our game development process.
• Other tasks may include writing game rules and coordinating language translation, testing games and ensuring quality, as well as ensuring we meet all legal requirements. Coordinate external regulatory certification of games.

Who are you?

We believe you have experience in technical project management with a strong interest in leadership. You understand our business goals with the projects and have the ability to inspire and motivate the team to reach set goals and deadlines. You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and innovative as changes from original ideas are often required. You thrive among people and feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, driven by making employees feel happy and perform well. Giving and receiving constructive feedback to provide clarity and improve results is second nature to you.
